TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Project Description:
“Die zu Vertreibenden” is a documentary project that explores the personal stories and emotions of people in Germany affected by “remigration”. The goal is to foster empathy and understanding for these individuals.
2. Eligibility:

Individuals with German citizenship and a migration background.

Individuals with dual citizenship (German + another nationality).
-
Individuals with long-term residence permits in Germany.
-
Individuals in the process of applying for citizenship.
-
No participation from individuals with hateful, violent, or radical thoughts.
3. Process:

Introduction Questionnaire: Participants fill out a questionnaire to convey their story.

Introduction Meeting: Personal meeting to discuss the details.

Photoshoot: Creation of three photos.

Final Check: Participants give their final approval for the edited photos and stories.

Publication: Digital publication on social media and the website, with potential future exhibitions and publications.
4. Data Protection:

All personal data of the participants will be treated confidentially and only published with their consent.

Stories can be published anonymously upon request.

Participants have the right to revoke the publication of their images and stories at any time.
5. Rights to the Images:
Participants must sign a consent form that governs the use, publication, and distribution of the images. The copyright of the photos remains with the photographer.
6. Right of Withdrawal:

Participants can withdraw their participation and the publication of their images and stories at any time.

The withdrawal can be made in writing via email or post.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the relevant images and stories will be removed from all digital and printed publications within 14 days.
7. Disclaimer:

The photographer is not liable for any damages that may occur to the participants as a result of participating in the project.

Participants participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

No liability is assumed for damages resulting from the publication of the images and stories.
8. Financing and Independence:
The project is conducted independently and without political or commercial funding.
9. Final Provisions:

Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Withdrawal Process:
Participants can withdraw their participation and the publication of their images and stories at any time. The withdrawal can be made in writing via email to hello@fabianwiktorphoto.com or by post to the address provided below. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the relevant images and stories will be removed from all digital and printed publications within 14 days.
Disclaimer:
