SURF'S UP EL PAREDÓN

Fortunately, there are still places like El Paredon. This small, sleepy fishing village on the beautiful, endless black beaches of Guatemala's Pacific coast. Framed by the ocean on one side and mangrove forests on the other, only accessible by 4x4 trucks via gravel roads, this little surfer's paradise offers the perfect conditions for living in the moment, forgetting the world over magnificent sunsets and perfect barrels in the water.
What else is there? Only palm trees. Hammocks. A handful of restaurants run by locals. And surfboards!
So, equipped with fins, I accompanied surfers in the waves. Captured the beach vibe with my camera. And beyond that, simply enjoyed life.
because life's good at the beach!

The highlights are great.

But if you want to dive deeper, then this here is just perfect for you.
