Literally every single time when talked about where we should go next or fly to for a short getaway, we realized that although here in Europe distances between countries are so small, we haven't been to hardly any of their capitals. Normally we then decide to still go somewhere else anyways.
When we took that trip to Rome, I was excited to finally get to see and experience the eternal city. With hundreds of architectural masterpieces and history of the Roman Empire around every corner, the city basically is the largest open-air museum in the world.
Supplied with local tips and recommendations we dived right in and were left stunned by the overwhelming beauty, size, unique atmosphere and charme the city has to offer.
