PROVIDENCIA
The Caribbean Enclave
No doubt, Colombia is by far the most exciting country I have been to so far. The diversity it has to offer extends so widely, a four weeks trip can't do justice. Greeted everywhere with open arms and an indescribable friendliness, there was never a moment to not feel safe and in the right place.
From Bogota across the country to the coffee region of Salento through Medellin, the tropic Paradise of Cartagena, Minca towards the far-off island of Providencia and to the most-southern part of the country at the Amazon this journey still wasn't enough to experience all facets of this fantastic country.
Consequently these photographs are only a small peek into Colombia's countryside, cities and people.
